First install after purchase — license not showing up
Paid monthly 40 mins ago. Email has receipt but no key yet. Support ticket open. Anyone else wait longer than an hour? Getting nervous I typo’d my email.

calm_collector Check spam + promotions. Mine landed in 12 min but Gmail hid it behind a “similar messages” fold.

weekend_warrior If it’s past 2h with receipt, email support with order ID. They fixed mine once when payment gateway lagged.
